All Orders Ship Within 12 Business Hours via UPS Ground (3-5 Day Delivery)

Fireside Outdoor offers free UPS shipping on all order over the $50 threshold. Offer valid in the contiguous United States only, extra charges will apply for orders in Alaska and Hawaii.

All Domestic Orders will ship UPS Ground. Please refer to the shipping map below for an estimate on delivery dates.

Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

International Shipping

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of performance of your Fireside Outdoor products, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method. For products purchased from a 3rd party their return policy applies - Please reach out to them directly for more information.
