I was very disappointed when the original mesh developed a tear. However, the fantastic customer service erased my negative thoughts about this product. They replaced the mesh, no questions asked and I received the new product within four days. Ron C

We orginally purchased the pop up pit in 2020 and our family has totally loved it, and the mesh lasted 4 years. It finally gave out and developed a hole. I ordered a new one and we were so excited...then after the first use IT HAS A HOLE! I emailed the company weeks ago and never heard anything back. So disappointed. I will now begin shopping with a different company for a new fire pit.

I absolutely love my portable fire pit. When I go camping I never have to worry about if the provided fire pit is wet or full. Or even if there is one to use! The design allows the fire the burn easily because the oxygen can readily get in, not like the steel rings half buried in the dirt. Mine was a gift, I thank my sister all the time for it and send her pictures of us using it.

After 50ish big campfires, it was time to replace the original fire screen. It's unreal just how much abuse these screens take! I absolutely love my fire pit and each time I use it, my friends are really amazed by it. My firepit is my favorite piece of gear and I recommend it. Everybody should have one!

I love this firepiit product but the mesh part of it is pretty poor. I got about eight fires before my first one burned through. Never put water on it but brushed it clean after each fire. I think the mesh idea is great for airflow, heat generation and portability and packability but the material is not durable against the corrosion at high temperature. For fire safety sake I just keep some spares on hand and replace as needed. I think the company should either offer a lifetime warranty on them so you get free replacements or have a much lower cost per unit subscription program so it is affordable to be fire safe. I fear the day the mesh burns through causing a forest fire.

Living overseas, it is sometimes difficult getting quality care for valuable equipment. We’ve been camping and cooking out with this fire-pit for so long, and our mesh was a bit worn out. Customer service took fantastic care of us with just one quick email - no laborious back-and-forth. This company should be praised for their kind, quick efforts to maintain loyal customers. Love the design, setup and function but the mesh is inadequate. After 5 fires holes began to develop. Made it to about a dozen fires. Ordered the double set to replace them and asked for a discount but did not hear back. Please improve the durability of the mesh.
