Awesome

I purchased both sides fire pits, have yet to use the larger one the smaller one is a blast to use, but as One reviewer noted it does clog up with coals easily, however that wasn't a deterrent this thing throws a ton of heat at least three to four feet away from the base I had it set on a tabletop approximately 15 in off the ground and it easily kept my entire upper body warm. Note this was a 40° windy evening. The small one is ideal for hiking or otherwise that's the one I used and probably will use the most.

I didn't know if it would be as good as advertised But it is. It's not smokeless but but better than others and keeps your feet warm when winter camping.

Fireside Portable Fire Pit

This a a super lightweight, simple to assemble and disassemble fire pit. Because the wood sits up higher, those sitting near the fire, receive more heat from the fire. Highly recommend this fire pit!!!

Keep a Clean Campfire!!

I am a HUGE fan of Fireside Outdoors pop-up fire pits for both vehicle-based overlanding and for traveling on my Adventure Motorcycle (Trailblazer Model). Why? Because for starters (no pun intended!) it is vital that we keep a clean firepit area and leave as little damage as possible when wild camping. Second, Fireside Outdoors pop-up fire pits allow for better cooking for reasons of efficient burning and the awesome grate that comes with the grill. The fire mesh worked very well as did the heat shield. These easy-to-pack fire pits are now an essential part of my camp kit! Thanks for making a great product, Fireside Outdoors!

Bang for your buck!

This is a great option if you are looking for a portable, lightweight, and budget friendly fire pit for the backyard/camp outs.

Fun

I tried the pit just a couple of days ago and we sat around the fire for hours…my family and I made s’mores and told stories while catching intense warmth from the flame…I was a little worried about that heat melting through the mesh that held it but we had no issues whatsoever…I am thoroughly impressed with my purchase…

IMPRESSIVE

Huge fan of leave no trace camping and this fire pit allows that to happen with a very easy set up. The Frontier attachment for the Dutch oven is also amazing. Most of our camp cooking is over a fire and this addition makes this fire pit so versatile and useful. GREAT product that will be used time and time again. Matt & Jennie

Quick delivery no problems

Great fire mesh. They last for many burn cycles. It really helps every last bit of fuel burn safely and its easy to clean up the ashes each time.

Only used it once since I got it but it worked great and having the magnet holder for the knife is key.

Fire Mesh & Gloves

Mesh is for standby for much later use. Fire gloves are wonderful...a little small but my fingers are stretching them. The fire pit bought from Sharper Image is wonderful. No tools to set up. Heat shield perfect. Many fires enjoyed over the past month.
